# Tools & Actions

Group 4 of the Copilot Studio study plan — connectors, agent flows, prompts, REST APIs, and adaptive cards: what the agent can actually do, not just say.

Where the agent stops describing the world and starts changing it. Five sessions (sized before 4.1 started, per the standing sizing-engine rule): connectors and Power Platform actions, agent flows with human-in-the-loop and error handling, custom prompts and REST APIs, adaptive cards and response formatting, and a closing review session that wires several of those into one real Northwind Outfitters build.
