# Tag @person to notify in MDA

How are you, my friend?

Today, I would like to share the great functionality that I looked forward to many many years ago.

Nowadays, I looking at the Power Platform Admin center and found the new update from Microsoft as below and I have tried to enable it.

## Enable @metion functionality

Firstly, make sure that you have selected the **Release channel = "Monthly channel"** for the Model-driven app in the **Behavior** setting. This functionality just used only in the **Note** on Timeline area.

***Path**:* **Environments** > *\[select an environment]* > **Settings** > **Product** > **Collaboration**.

## Enable In-app Notification functionality

Now, before trying this functionality I had enabled the ***In-app Notification*** of my MDA as below.

## Trying now\...

Check on the Account form, and create the Note to mention the person for requesting updated Account information.

Firstly, On user **System Admin,** I open the specific Account record and then create a **Note** to mention user **"Alans Steiner"**

After that, log in to the system with the user **"Alans Steiner" -** this user will receive the In-App Notification from the **System Admin** user.
